The Website may contain features including Performance Web tools, RSS feeds, e-mail newsletter services, discussion forums, community pages, testimonials and other applications that may be available from time to time (collectively, the “Features”). All access to and use of the Website is subject to the following documents:

1. Terms of Use, which set the terms and conditions for using and accessing the Global Fund Website;

2. Membership Agreement, which set the terms and conditions for registering and utilizing an account on the Global Fund Website; and

3. Privacy Policy, which set the terms and conditions for privacy on the Global Fund Website.
