The Global Fund now calls for proposals for Round 7

The Board will make its funding decision at the Sixteenth Board Meeting in November 2007. The Round 8 will be launched on approximately the same date in 2008.

Proposals for funding must generally be made through a Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM). These country-level partnerships develop and submit grant proposals to the Global Fund based on priority needs at the national level through consultation with a broad range of public and private stakeholders.

Applicants are strongly encouraged to coordinate any proposal developments with their respective Country Coordinating Mechanism as Non-CCM applications are only accepted in exceptional circumstances.
