On the fist day of the International AIDS Conference in Washington, the Global Fund met implementers at the Global Village, a public forum that brings together thousands of activists attending the conference.

Yesterday Mark Edington, Head of the Grant Management division, had an open dialogue with supporters and implementers at the Global Fund Advocates networking zone. It was a wide-ranging discussion about challenges experienced on the ground and opportunities to resolve these in the new funding model....
