Established as a partnership in global health, the Global Fund works closely with a wide diversity of partners –implementing governments, donors, civil society, international development organizations, the private sector and communities living with and affected by the diseases. In limited situations, the Global Fund allows concept notes submitted by applicants who apply outside of the CCM. If you would like information regarding a non-CCM application, please contact your country’s Fund Portfolio Manager (FPM) by selecting your country from the Grant Portfolio section of the website.
Applicants will benefit from a new automated system aimed at providing an online grant management platform for CCMs, PRs, LFAs and the Global Fund Secretariat. CCMs will complete their concept note (including the narrative, core tables, CCM eligibility and endorsement) using this new online grant management platform. The Global Fund Secretariat will access the final application directly through this platform.
