MONITORING & EVALUATION TOOLKIT

The 4th edition of the M&E Toolkit has been developed in consultation with partners in order to support a harmonized approach to setting M&E frameworks. The purpose of the toolkit is to provide:

• An overview of Global Fund M&E requirements
• Guidance on performance-based funding
• Information on building strong M&E systems
• Guidelines for selecting, measuring and reporting standard indicators
