Through its safe and secure whistle-blowing and reporting channels, the Office of the Inspector General encourages all to speak out against fraud, abuse and human rights violations. The Office of the Inspector General treats all reports carefully and protects the identity of all whistle-blowers.

Please make your report as specific and complete as possible using the following questions as a guide:
Your report will be screened by the Office of the Inspector General who will then determine the most appropriate action. This could be an investigation by Office of the Inspector General staff or a referral of the matter to national authorities. Alternatively, where appropriate, the matter may be referred to other areas of the Global Fund for necessary action.
The Office of the Inspector General guarantees protection of whistle-blower identity. You can remain anonymous regardless of how you choose to report fraud or abuse. Please note, however, that if the Office of the Inspector General cannot contact you for further information or for clarification it can sometimes make it difficult to investigate your report further.
If you wish to remain anonymous, you may use the online form to report your claim. When you complete the online form you will receive a PIN number which will allow you to check for updates while at the same enabling the Global Fund to ask any follow-up questions. The online submissions are managed by an independent company, which does not turn over your personal information to the Office of the Inspector General.
If you do provide your personal details when making a report, the Office of the Inspector General will not disclose them unless you give your explicit consent.
