Actors

There are seven main actors involved in making performance-based funding work for the Global Fund. They are the Country Coordinating Mechanism; Principal Recipient; sub-recipient; Local Fund Agent; Secretariat; Technical Review Panel and the Board. This section provides a detailed description of the role of each of these actors in performance-based funding..
