There are eleven main documents used for performance-based funding. They can be broadly divided into five categories: documents used for proposal development; grant negotiation; periodic disbursements; grant renewal; and documents which are ongoing throughout the life time of the grant. The diagram below shows the pillars of the grant life cycle and the documents required at each pillar.
