The Global Fund at 30 Months
This report aims to present and analyze the data the Global Fund has collected on the performance of its operations to date. It will, of necessity, be only a partial analysis as the organization is still in the process of building up its monitoring and evaluation systems.
The report also aims to provide a more in-depth description of the work to
establish and execute Global Fund-supported programs in five countries: Ghana,
Honduras, Indonesia, Rwanda and Zambia.
