Please note that the CCMs nominations of Principal Recipients will be assessed by the Global Fund to ensure that they have the minimum required capacities to successfully implement the approved Proposal. If an entities nominated as PR does not possess these minimum requirements, the Global Fund will either:
ensure that the nominated PR strengthen its systems as necessary or
not pursue grant agreement negotiations with that nominated PR and request an alternative PR nomination from the CCM.
