The Board:

Approves the appointment of Madame Perrine Bonvalet-Doring, representing the French Constituency, as a voting member of the Audit and Finance Committee (“AFC”);
Ambassador Anders Nordström, representing the Point Seven Constituency, as a voting member of the Strategy Committee (“SC”); and
Doctor Manabu Sumi, representing the Japan Constituency, as a voting member of the SC,

Each for a term that will expire in May 2018, or until the appointment of their successors
