Review of the Terms of Reference and Renewal of the Term and Composition of the Privileges and Immunities Advisory Group
Based on the recommendation of the Board Chair and Vice-Chair, the Board:
- Expresses its appreciation for the work done by the members of the PIAG.
- Approves the amended terms of reference of the PIAG as set out in Annex 2 to GF/B39/ER04
- Decides to renew the term of the PIAG for an additional period of three years starting at the conclusion of the 39th Board Meeting and ending on 10 May 2021.
- Requests the Ethics and Governance Committee to select and appoint the members of the PIAG and to inform the Board of the outcome of the selection process.
