The Global Fund intends to hire a Treasurer, and welcomes candidates with experience in a treasury role, including substantial financial experience in an international environment; demonstrated leadership experience in internal and external settings; and extensive experience with working with multiple currencies, forecasts and cash flow analyses. The Global Fund does not have country offices and all staff are based at the Secretariat in Geneva, Switzerland. As a financing institution, we do not implement programs on the ground, relying instead on local expertise. This means that we don’t offer jobs of a medical nature, nor can we place volunteers.
