Overview

The Global Fund grants to support tuberculosis and malaria in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea closed on 30 June 2018. The Global Fund worked closely with implementing and technical partners to ensure a responsible closure in order to reduce disruption and bridge immediate gaps while DPRK explores other options. We remain committed to supporting the health of the people in DPRK, and hope to re-engage when the operating environment allows the access and oversight required.
