LYON, France – Heads of state, civil society, CEOs, global health leaders and people affected by HIV, tuberculosis and malaria from across the world will gather in Lyon, France, 9-10 October for the Sixth Replenishment of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and malaria. French President Emmanuel Macron will host the conference. About 1,000 delegates are expected to attend.
The conference seeks to raise at least US$14 billion to help save 16 million lives, avert 234 million infections and support the world to get back on track to end HIV, tuberculosis and malaria as epidemics.
Registration for the event is now complete, but media are invited to follow the conference events online via the conference livestream.
Time: Meeting opens at 15hoo CEST on 09 October and closes at 14h30 CEST on 10 October.
