Call for Applications for New Global Fund Independent Evaluation Panel

The Global Fund’s independent evaluation function is being transformed in order to strengthen accountability and learning, based on the results of independent evaluations. The objective is to ensure that evaluations are relevant, timely and of high quality, driving us closer to achieving our goal of ending HIV, TB and malaria as epidemics.

The Global Fund is inviting applications for its new Independent Evaluation Panel (IEP), a body of around ten members that will replace the current Technical Evaluation Reference Group (TERG) at the end of 2022.

If you are a committed, creative and experienced evaluation professional looking for a new and exciting opportunity to drive innovation and utility of evaluation through provision of technical advice, guidance and oversight to Global Fund evaluations, this position might be for you.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in evaluation theory and methods, and experience in translating evaluation evidence into policy and practice in areas related to the Global Fund’s work. Evaluation experts from Global Fund implementing countries are particularly encouraged to express their interest in serving on the IEP.
