The Global Fund Data Explorer now features the performance frameworks of grants. A performance framework sets out a Global Fund grant’s targets and results – what a grant is intended to accomplish, how that should be measured, the targets to be reached, and the results achieved.
On the Data Explorer, navigate to a particular grant by clicking on the “Grants” tab at the top of the site then select a grant. On the page for the grant, scroll down to the interactive “Performance Framework” visualization to explore targets and results. You can see the performance of the indicators by reporting period using the “Reporting Periods” tab or by progression over time using the “Performance” tab.
The grants with performance frameworks on the Data Explorer are those with active implementation periods when the 2017-2019 allocation period began and all grant implementation periods thereafter.
The Data Explorer visualizes where Global Fund investments come from, where they are and what they achieve by providing pledge and contribution data, grant financial data, and results data at global, regional and country levels. The data behind the site and our API are available through the Global Fund Data Service.
