South Africa has contributed {{0:C:USDEquivalent:M}} to the Global Fund to date. As host of the Global Fund’s Eighth Replenishment Conference, South Africa demonstrated exceptional leadership by announcing a government pledge of {{2026-2028:P:USD:M}} for the Eighth Replenishment, covering 2026-2028, alongside a commitment to mobilize an additional US$10 million from the South African private sector.
