# Appointment of a rapporteur

Dr. Kiyonga proposed Dr. Helene Gayle, Director, HIV/AIDS and TB Program, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, as rapporteur for the first Board meeting.

There were no objections to this proposal, and it was so decided.
