# Report of the Governance and Partnerships Committee: Board Operating Procedures and Policies

- Adopts the revisions to the Board Operating Procedures as proposed, except for paragraphs 22 and 23.

- The Board has recognized the need for a revision of the By Laws and asks the Governance and Partnership Committee and Secretariat to review the By Laws and report back to the Board at their June 2003 meeting.
