1. The Board endorsed the policies on Fiduciary Arrangements for Grant Recipients as described in the document GF/B5/13 with the following amendments:

a. Page 5, paragraph 12: Local Fund Agents must not vs. should not be involved in the design and implementation of the funded programs.
