The Board:

1. Having reviewed the Board Chair and Vice-Chair's nominations to Committee Leadership Positions ;
2. Ratifies the following nominations ; 

    1. Resource Mobilization and Communications Committee:
Chair: Stu Flavell, Communities Living with the Diseases; 
Vice Chair: Jérôme Baconin, France, Spain and Luxembourg.
    2. Governance and Partnership Committee: 
 Chair: Pasqualino Procacci, Italy;
 Vice-Chair: to be determined.
