The Board requests the Finance & Audit Committee to develop, and present for approval by email prior to the 11^th^ Board Meeting, terms of reference and a plan for the establishment of a Global Fund Office of the Inspector General, and recommend a candidate for the position of Inspector General for appointment by the Board at the 11^th^ Board Meeting.
