# Approval of the 2013 Statutory Financial Statements

The Board authorizes the issuance of, and therefore approves, the Global Fund’s 2013 Statutory Financial Statements, which have been audited by Ernst & Young Ltd, as set forth in GF/B31/ER02 Annex 2.
