# Decision on the Secretariat’s Recommendation on Grant Extensions

The Board:

1. Approves extension of the relevant implementation period for each grant listed in Table 3 of Annex 1 to GF/B33/ER01.

This decision does not have material budgetary implications for the 2014 Operating Expenses Budget.
