# Location of the 37th Board Meeting

1. The Board welcomes the invitation of the Government of Rwanda to host the Global Fund's
37th Board Meeting on 03-04 May 2017.

2. Accordingly, the Board agrees to convene the 37th Board Meeting in Kigali, Rwanda.
