# Appointment of Members to the Audit and Finance Committee and the Strategy Committee

The Board:

1. Approves the appointment of Madame Perrine Bonvalet-Doring, representing the French Constituency, as a voting member of the Audit and Finance Committee (“AFC”);
2. Ambassador Anders Nordström, representing the Point Seven Constituency, as a voting member of the Strategy Committee (“SC”); and
3. Doctor Manabu Sumi, representing the Japan Constituency, as a voting member of the SC,

Each for a term that will expire in May 2018, or until the appointment of their successors
