# Location of the 39th Board Meeting

1. The Board:
    1. Welcomes the invitation of the government of the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia to host the Global Fund’s 39th Board Meeting on 9-10 May 2018; and
    2. Acknowledges the recommendation set forth in GF/B38/ER07.

2. Accordingly, the Board agrees to convene the 39th Board Meeting in Skopje, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.
