# 2017 Annual Financial Report

The Board authorizes the issuance of, and therefore ap proves, the Global Fund’s 2017 Annual Financial Report, which includes the 2017 Consolidated Financial Statements that have been audited by KPMG SA, as set forth in GF/B39/06 Annex 1.
