# Approval of 2021 Work Plan and Budget Narrative and the 2021 Operating Expenses Budget

1. Based on the recommendation of the Audit and Finance Committee, the Board approves the following:
    1. 2021 Work Plan and Budget Narrative, as set forth in GF/B44/02A; and
    2. The 2021 Operating Expenses Budget in the amount of US$315 million, as set forth in GF/B44/02B (the “2021 OPEX Budget”), which includes US$ 14.90 million for the Office of the Inspector General’s 2021 operating expenses.
