# Appointment of the Vice-Chair of the Ethics and Governance Committee

The Board approves the appointment of Magda Robalo Correia e Silva as Vice-Chair of the Ethics and Governance Committee, to commence her term on 23 May 2022 and serve for three years or until appointment of her successor (whichever is earlier).
