# Appointment of the Board Chair and Vice-Chair

The Board appoints Lady Roslyn Morauta as Chair and Ms. Bience Gawanas as Vice-Chair of the Board to each serve three-year terms, or until the appointment of their respective successors, starting from the adjournment of the 49th Board Meeting on 11 May 2023.
