# Appointment of Replacement Member on the Strategy Committee

The Board approves the appointment of:

1. Jérôme Salomon, representing the World Health Organization Constituency, as a non-voting member of the Strategy Committee for a term that will expire on May 2025, or until the appointment of his successor.
