# Appointment of Replacement Member on the Audit and Finance Committee

The Board approves the appointment of:

1. Sangback Lee, representing the Additional Public Donors Constituency, as a non-voting member of the Audit and Finance Committee for a term that will expire in May 2025, or until the appointment of his successor.
