# 2023-2028 KPI S6a replaced with KPI S6a2

The Board notes the recommendation of the Strategy Committee (“SC”) as set forth in GF/SC27/EDP02, and:

1. Approves the replacement of 2023-2028 KPI S6a with KPI S6a2 as set forth in GF/B53/ER02
