# Appointment of Replacement Member on the Strategy Committee

The Board approves the appointment of:

1. Jeremy FARRAR, representing the World Health Organization, as a non-voting
member of the Strategy Committee for a term that will expire in May 2028, or
until the appointment of his successor.
