Election Procedure
1. The Board of the Global Fund accepts the procedure for the conduct of the current Election for Chair and Vice Chair of the Board as presented in the Proposed Election Procedure to the Board on 31 January 2003.
2. The Board of the Global Fund mandates the Governance and Partnership Committee to constitute a sub-group to develop election procedures for future elections and a success policy and to revise the Board Operating Procedures accordingly.
