Grant Consolidation
The Board supports in principle the concept of Grant Consolidation and requests that the Portfolio Committee explores the implications of, and possible models for grant consolidation, and to prepare a report and recommendation to the Board at the Fifteenth Board meeting.Budgetary Implications
The budgetary implications of this decision for 2006 will be reviewed by the Secretariat and submitted to the Finance and Audit Committee for review and approval.
