Approval of Voluntary Dispute Resolution Process
The Board approves the adoption of a Voluntary Dispute Resolution Process as described in GF/FAC17/23 to provide Principal Recipients of Grant funds with a non-binding alternative to arbitration to resolve disputes related to OIG final audit or inspection reports.Budgetary Implications
The budgetary implications of the Voluntary Dispute Resolution Process will be part of the 2012 Operating Expenses Budget.
