Evolving the Funding Model
The Board:
- Adopts in principle the elements of the new funding model detailed in Annex 1.
- Requests the SIIC to recommend to the Board at its Twenty-Eighth Meeting the additional elements of the new funding model so as to allow for its implementation beginning in 2013, based on funds available.
- Requests regular evaluation of the new funding model.
- Requests the SIIC to continue the work of evolving the business model of the Global Fund beyond the new funding model, enabling the full implementation of the new strategy.
