Based on the recommendation of the Audit and Finance Committee, the Board approves:
- the wording revision for Key Performance Indicator 10 as presented in GF/B41/ER12
- the indicator revision and performance target for Key Performance Indicator 12a as presented in GF/B41/ER12
- the 2020 performance target for Key Performance Indicator 12b as presented in GF/B41/ER12
