Decision on Inspector General, contractual negotiations
The Board
Mandates the Chair of the Board and the Vice-Chair of the Board, acting jointly
- to negotiate the terms of an employment agreement with each of the final candidates identified by the Inspector General Nomination Committee for the position of Inspector General
- to execute on behalf of the Global Fund the employment agreement with the Inspector General ultimately appointed by the Board, and
- to set the annual salary of the Inspector General within the salary scale applicable for the position of Inspector General, as set out in the Amended and Restated Global Fund Human Resources Policy Framework.
