Appointment of Independent Committee Member of the Ethics and Governance Committee

  1. Based on the recommendations of the Board Leadership, the Board approves the appointment of Ms. Sujin Chan-Allen to serve as non-voting independent Member of the Ethics and Governance Committee (the “EGC”),
  2. The Board notes that the independent committee member appointed under this decision point shall begin her term at the date of approval of this decision and serve for a term concurrent with the term of the committee as set out in GF/B52/EDP10 or until the appointment of her successor. The independent committee member term is renewable once.
