Appointment of the 2025-2026 Executive Director Nomination Committee Membership

  1. The Board notes the recommendation of the Board Leadership, as set forth in GF/B53/ER17, relating to the membership of the Executive Director Nomination Committee (“Nomination Committee”).
  2. Accordingly, the Board appoints the following individuals to serve as members of the Nomination Committee in accordance with the terms of reference of the Nomination Committee approved under electronic decision point GF/B53/EDP08 and set out in Annex 1 to GF/B53/ER07:
    1. Kieran Daly, Chair of the Nomination Committee;
    2. Javier Hourcade Bellocq, Vice-Chair of the Nomination Committee;
    3. Dante Saksono Harbuwono, Member;
    4. Muhammad Ali Pate, Member;
    5. Tania Rödiger-Vorwerk, Member;
    6. Mamadi Yilla, Member; and
    7. Carole Presern, Independent Member.
