Approval of Appeal of the Colombia HIV/AIDS Component
At the Fourth Board Meeting, the Global Fund Board approved an Appeal Mechanism for countries whose proposals had been rejected twice and who where placed in Category 3.
The Board reviewed these recommendations and endorsed the recommendation for approval of the Colombia HIV/AIDS Component.
The Colombia proposal is reclassified under Category 2.
