Qatar has invested US$70 million in the Global Fund to date. The country pledged US$50 million for the Global Fund’s Sixth Replenishment, covering 2020-2022.
Qatar channels its contributions through the Qatar Fund for Development, a public development institution committed to implementing aid and development projects and addressing priority issues such as education, health and economic empowerment.
