For 20 years, the private sector has been a critical player in the Global Fund partnership, and today, we are a world leader in forging innovative, impactful private sector partnerships to ensure everyone, everywhere has equitable access to healthcare and lifesaving treatment. With its unique model and two decades of experience, the Global Fund has the infrastructure, the network, and the influence to take private sector funding, investment and technical expertise - and make it go further.
The Global Fund draws on the knowledge and core capabilities of a range of companies including digital health, telecommunications, marketing, finance, pharmaceutical and life sciences, as well as FMCGs. Leveraging the impact of effective innovation on millions of lives will be at the core of our success in the coming years, and the Global Fund takes private sector funding and expertise to develop scalable innovative solutions to fast-track progress in key priorities, or solve critical health challenges.
Through partnership with the Global Fund, the private sector is able to help advance Global Health and catalyze change in the communities that need it most. By expertly leveraging private sector support, the Global Fund is saving more lives, overcoming health inequities, and building resilience against future pandemics, globally. As we accelerate closer towards the Global Fund’s Seventh Replenishment, it is more critical than ever that the private sector recognizes the vital role it plays in the Global Health ecosystem, and significantly steps up its support for the Global Fund.
