Fighting HIV, TB and Malaria: the Foundation for Healthy, Productive Lives for Everyone
The Global Fund partnership has saved 65 million lives.
With investments of more than US$66 billion in over 100 countries, our fight against HIV, TB and malaria has helped lay the foundation for more people around the world to live healthy and productive lives. Children can go to school. Adults can go to work. Health care providers have more time to treat other conditions and diseases, while facilities have more beds free for people that require different types of care. Economies, communities and health systems get stronger – and are better equipped to combat the impacts of climate change, conflict and human rights violations.
The story is not finished. HIV, TB and malaria remain formidable adversaries – but the Global Fund partnership stands strong. Ready to fight even harder, despite the challenges we face – and help build a future free from AIDS, TB and malaria.
