The Office of the Inspector General releases 13 reports for public information

The Office of the Inspector General has released the following 13 reports for public information:

An inspection report of the processes which underpin Principal Recipient grant closures in Cameroon, Ghana, Nigeria and Zambia. The report analyzes patterns in a sample of 500 grants which were coming to a close at the end of 2012.

Ten reports which provide an extensive review of grant recipient external audit assurance. The auditors examined 44 grants in 29 countries from all 10 regions covered by the Global Fund.

An investigation of a Global Fund grant in Papua New Guinea. The report focuses on a malaria grant disbursed to the Rotary Club of Port Moresby to procure and distribute bed nets and to train health staff.
