Independent Evaluation of the Global Fund Funding Request and Grant-making Stages of the Grant Life-cycle

The Evaluation and Learning Office of the Global Fund, with oversight from the Independent Evaluation Panel, will commission an evaluation on the funding request and grant-making process for the 2023-2025 Global Fund Funding Cycle – Grant Cycle 7. Set to launch in late February and finalize in early August 2024, the findings and recommendations from this evaluation will inform preparations of the next grant cycle.
The request for proposals (RFP) is open until 2 February 2024. A webinar will be scheduled on 22 January 2024, during which bidders can receive further background information on the evaluation and have an opportunity to ask questions regarding the scope of work and the application process.
